When your team needs direction.

Your editor can make a video look good. The harder questions often come before the edit: is this the right topic, why would a potential customer watch, and what does the video show about your business?

Weekly advisory gives those decisions a regular place in your process. It suits business owners, experts and commercial channels whose team can produce videos but needs help choosing and shaping them.

If the immediate problem is views without inquiries, we look at the explanation and the invitation as well as the title and thumbnail.

What we review.

  • Topics and the people you want to reach

Which questions matter to your buyers? We review proposed topics against what your business sells and what a viewer needs to understand. A topic can attract an audience without attracting potential customers.

  • Titles and thumbnails

What is the video promising before someone clicks? We review the title and thumbnail together, then check that the opening delivers on that promise.

  • Scripts, structure and expertise

We review openings and outlines, where the explanation loses focus, and how the video demonstrates your judgment. We also look at the CTA at the end and the invitation in the description.

  • Published videos and the next decision

We use available channel data and viewer responses to decide what to keep, change or test in the next videos. Views and audience growth are reviewed separately from business inquiries.

How a weekly review works.

  1. Bring the work in progress. Topics, title options, thumbnail drafts or a script outline, plus the questions your team needs to resolve.
  2. Work through the decisions with Dmitrii. Discuss what the video needs to communicate and what should change before your team puts more time into it.
  3. Use the feedback in production. Your team films and edits. At the next review, bring the new work and what you learned from published videos.

The materials, review workflow and responsibilities are agreed before the engagement starts. The scope reflects what your team actually needs.

You keep your production team.

This service includes a weekly advisory call with Dmitrii. Your team handles filming and editing; consulting covers the decisions behind the videos.

If you need help delivering the videos too, see YouTube production support. We agree on those responsibilities separately.

Advisory for a business-interview channel.

A channel interviewing business owners grew from 433,000 to 1 million subscribers over 15 months of advisory. Requests for the team’s consulting service tripled.

The work included a full thumbnail redesign, changes to YouTube SEO and a revised video structure. Read the anonymous business-interview channel case ↗

A written audit or ongoing consulting?

Choose a one-time channel audit if you need a diagnosis and a written plan your team can work through. It includes a 90-day plan and 20–30 video ideas.

Choose weekly consulting if you want to discuss decisions as your team develops and publishes videos. The free call is a chance to look at your setup and discuss which format fits. The proposal confirms the scope, responsibilities and fee.

Before we start.

Can you work with our current editor?

Yes. Your team keeps filming and editing. Weekly consulting supports topic selection, scripts, titles, thumbnails and reviews of published work.

Who will we work with?

Dmitrii Semykin, founder of Noxline Media. The advisory format includes a weekly call with him.

Does consulting include a written 90-day plan?

The written 90-day plan and 20–30 video ideas belong to the one-time channel audit. Weekly advisory is a separate format for reviewing your team’s ongoing work.

Can consulting help if we get views but few leads?

We can review whether the topics reach relevant viewers, how the videos demonstrate expertise, and whether the CTA gives an interested viewer a clear next step. Website and sales records help you assess the inquiries that follow.

Do you promise a growth rate?

No fixed growth rate is promised. We use the channel’s evidence to decide what to change and evaluate views, audience growth and inquiries separately.
